Which domain should I use?

We have multiple domains:

- https://iboproapp.com
Both domains work the same, but we recommend using https://iboplayerpro.me for stability.

Does Ibo Player Pro include content or playlists?

No, Ibo Player Pro does not provide any channels, movies, series, or playlists. You must provide your own legal IPTV playlist to use the app. Payments are non-refundable if no playlist is provided.

Why is the app freezing on start?

The app loads your playlist from your provider’s server each time it starts. Depending on your connection speed or server response, it may take a few moments to load.

Why does my playlist work on my computer but not on the app?

This may happen due to ISP restrictions or device compatibility. Supported devices have different codecs and formats, including:
- Samsung Smart TVs
- LG webOS TVs
- Android platforms

Why can’t I start the app?

Check your internet connection first. Most startup issues are caused by unstable internet, not the app itself.

Does Ibo Player Pro have an EPG system?

No, the app does not have a built-in EPG. If your playlist provider supports EPG, it may work with the app.
